Last updated: 30 September 2026
The website
denismoretto.com is owned by BlueInvest Soluzioni Fintech & Customer Service Srl, with its registered office at
Viale Tre Martiri 65/R, Rovigo, Italy.
These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website
denismoretto.com (hereinafter, the
“Website”) the contents made available to registered users within its restricted area, and the purchase of digital publications in PDF format offered on the Website. The Website operator identified in Section 24 is also the seller of these publications (the “Seller”).
Use of the Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Registration for the Restricted Area and purchases require acceptance through the relevant registration or checkout procedure. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website has exclusively
informative, educational, and operational assistance purposes.
In particular, through the Website, contents are made available to facilitate the understanding and use of the tools and services provided by
Interactive Brokers Ireland Limited, registered by Central Ireland Bank with number C423427, including, but not limited to:
- Interactive Brokers trading platforms;
- Trader Workstation (TWS);
- IBKR Desktop and any other available platforms;
- Client Portal;
- account settings management;
- trading permissions;
- market data;
- reports and statements;
- documentation;
- operational and administrative procedures;
- further features related to the use of the Interactive Brokers account.
The contents may consist of, but are not limited to, texts, images, screenshots, videos, guides, tutorials, FAQs, and other educational materials.
The Website also offers a paid educational publication in PDF format. Its purchase is separate from free access to the Restricted Area and does not constitute the purchase of investment, brokerage, or personalized advisory services.
2. Free Access to the Restricted Area
Access to the contents of the Restricted Area is
free of charge and is intended exclusively for users who:
- are clients of Interactive Brokers;
- are linked to Hogg Capital Investments Limited, a fully licensed Class II Investment Firm (registration number C 18954) authorized and regulated in Malta by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), as an introducing broker, according to the terms provided in their respective contractual relationships;
- have registered on the Website and possess the necessary credentials to access the Restricted Area.
Access to the Restricted Area constitutes an ancillary service for education and operational assistance and does not involve any additional cost for the user, except for any services expressly indicated as different and separate.
Purchasing the PDF does not, by itself, grant access to the Restricted Area. The eligibility requirements in this section apply to the free Restricted Area; any eligibility requirements for purchasing the PDF must be expressly disclosed on the product page before purchase.
The Website operator reserves the right to verify the ongoing fulfillment of the requirements necessary to access the Restricted Area.
Should these requirements no longer be met, access may be suspended or disabled.
3. Registration and Personal Credentials
To access the Restricted Area, the user must register by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Access credentials are
strictly personal and cannot be transferred, shared, or made available to third parties.
The user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.
In the event of loss, unauthorized use, or suspected compromise of credentials, the user is requested to promptly notify the operator via the contact details provided on the Website.
4. Exclusively Educational and Operational Nature of Content
All content on the Website, in the Restricted Area, and in paid PDF publications is solely intended to explain the operation of the platforms, digital tools, Client Portal, and operational procedures related to Interactive Brokers services.
The contents of the Website do not constitute investment advice, personalized recommendations, financial advice, or solicitation to invest.
In particular, the Website does not provide personalized indications regarding:
- the purchase or sale of financial instruments;
- the suitability or advisability of a specific transaction;
- the choice of a specific financial instrument;
- the construction or modification of a portfolio;
- investment strategies tailored to the user’s personal situation;
- assessments regarding the adequacy or appropriateness of individual transactions for the user.
The Website operator does not make investment decisions on behalf of the user and does not replace the user in managing their account.
Every operational or investment decision remains exclusively the user’s responsibility.
5. No Transmission or Execution of Orders
The activity carried out through denismoretto.com does not include the receipt, transmission, or execution of orders related to financial instruments on behalf of users.
Any orders and transactions carried out by the user are placed directly through the tools and platforms made available by Interactive Brokers, in accordance with the existing contractual relationship between the user and Interactive Brokers.
6. No Tax, Legal, or Accounting Advice
Any references to documents, reports, statements, or administrative and tax aspects are for illustrative purposes only, relating to the use of the tools provided by the platforms.
Such information does not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or professional advice.
7. Relationships with Interactive Brokers and BlueInvest Capital
denismoretto.com is not the official website of Interactive Brokers.
Names, brands, logos, commercial denominations, platform screenshots, and any other distinctive marks referable to Interactive Brokers belong to their respective owners and are used on the Website exclusively for descriptive, informative, and educational purposes.
The reference to Interactive Brokers is necessary to identify the platforms and services covered by the educational and assistance activities.
Free access to the Restricted Area is intended for Interactive Brokers clients linked to
BlueInvest Capital (Hogg Capital Investments Limited) as an introducing broker.
The contractual relationship relating to the trading account, custody of assets, execution of orders, market data, and other brokerage services remains governed exclusively by the contractual documentation applicable to the relationship between the client and Interactive Brokers.
Interactive Brokers’ platforms, services, procedures, and interfaces may change over time.
Consequently, screenshots, instructions, videos, procedures, or other contents published on the Website might not perfectly match the most recent versions of the platforms.
Reasonable care is taken to ensure that the published information is accurate and up to date, but the complete absence of errors, omissions, or differences from the platforms actually available to the user cannot be guaranteed at all times.
In case of differences between what is illustrated on the Website and what is stated in the official documentation of Interactive Brokers,
the official information, conditions, and documentation of Interactive Brokers shall always prevail.
For paid publications, these statements do not exclude the Seller’s obligations concerning the description of the product, its conformity with the contract, or any updates required by applicable law. Unless expressly included in the product description, the purchase does not include a subscription to future editions or continuous educational updates, without prejudice to updates required to maintain conformity under applicable law.
9. User Responsibility
The user independently uses the Interactive Brokers platforms and remains responsible for:
- their Interactive Brokers credentials;
- their account settings;
- requested permissions;
- entered data;
- transmitted orders;
- executed transactions;
- their investment decisions;
- verifying information before executing any transaction.
The presence on the Website of an explanation regarding a platform feature must not be interpreted as a suggestion to use that feature or to carry out a specific financial transaction.
10. Investment Risks
Investment activity involves risks and can result in losses, which may be significant.
Certain financial instruments, including derivative instruments, leveraged products, options, futures, and margin trading, can involve particularly high risks and may not be suitable for all investors.
Before carrying out any transactions, the user is required to refer to the information, contractual conditions, and risk disclosures made available by Interactive Brokers.
Any examples provided on the Website are for educational purposes only and do not constitute an indication of results achievable through real transactions.
11. Ownership of Content
Unless otherwise indicated, texts, guides, videos, educational material, processing, organization of content, and other original materials present on denismoretto.com are protected by applicable intellectual property regulations.
Access to the Restricted Area grants the user exclusively the right to use the contents for personal purposes.
Purchasing a PDF grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the purchaser’s personal use. The purchaser may download, retain backup copies, and print the PDF for personal use, subject to any technical restrictions disclosed before purchase. Intellectual property rights are not transferred. The restrictions below do not prevent uses permitted by mandatory law.
The following are prohibited without prior authorization:
- systematically copying or reproducing the content;
- distributing the content to third parties;
- publishing it on other websites or platforms;
- reselling it or using it for commercial purposes;
- sharing confidential videos, documents, or materials with unauthorized individuals;
- allowing third parties to use one’s access credentials.
Brands, logos, software, interfaces, images, and materials belonging to Interactive Brokers or other third parties remain in all cases the property of their respective owners.
12. Availability of the Website
The operator undertakes to keep the Website and the Restricted Area reasonably accessible, without however guaranteeing continuous and uninterrupted availability.
Access may be temporarily suspended, among other things, for:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical issues;
- security interventions;
- force majeure events;
- issues depending on external service providers.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Website operator cannot be held liable for losses or damages arising from investment decisions or transactions carried out independently by the user.
Furthermore, the operator is not liable for any malfunctions, unavailability, modifications, or errors relating to systems, services, or platforms managed directly by Interactive Brokers or other third parties.
Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law remains unaffected. In particular, these limitations do not exclude or restrict consumer rights relating to the supply and conformity of paid digital content, statutory refunds, or liability for fraud or gross negligence.
14. Links to External Sites and Services
The Website may contain links to Interactive Brokers, BlueInvest Capital, or other third-party sites and services.
Such sites are managed independently by their respective owners.
The operator of denismoretto.com does not control the content, availability, or conditions of use of external sites and assumes no responsibility for services, information, or content provided directly by third parties.
15. Suspension of Access
The operator may suspend or revoke access to the Restricted Area in the event of:
- improper use of the Website;
- sharing credentials with unauthorized individuals;
- unauthorized reproduction or dissemination of contents;
- attempts to compromise Website security;
- loss of the requirements provided for accessing the Restricted Area;
- violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Suspension of the free Restricted Area does not, by itself, revoke the license to use a lawfully purchased PDF or extinguish rights arising from its purchase.
16. Protection of Personal Data
The processing of users’ personal data is carried out in compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
The methods and purposes of the processing are described in the
Privacy Policy available on the Website, including the processing necessary to manage orders, payments, digital delivery, assistance, and complaints. Submitting a complaint does not subscribe the user to a newsletter or require consent to marketing.
The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed, where applicable, by the relative
Cookie Policy.
17. Purchase of PDF, Price, and Payment
The PDF is digital content supplied without a physical medium. No printed publication is shipped.
The total payable price, including applicable VAT and any other applicable taxes or charges, is clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before the order is submitted. Any promotions or price changes apply only to subsequent purchases and do not change orders already concluded. No subscription or recurring payment is created by purchasing the PDF.
Before purchase, the product page identifies the publication, its main characteristics, language, edition or publication date, file format, relevant functionality, compatibility and interoperability, any technical protection measures, and any limits on downloading or use. Reading the PDF requires a compatible device and PDF reader; an internet connection is required for delivery or downloading. Any additional requirements are disclosed before purchase.
The purchaser provides accurate contact and billing information, selects one of the payment methods displayed at checkout, and may review and correct order details before submitting the order. The final order button clearly indicates that the order entails an obligation to pay, for example “Order with obligation to pay”.
The purchase contract is concluded when, following successful payment, the Seller sends the purchaser an order acceptance and confirmation email. If payment is collected but the order cannot be accepted or supplied, the Seller informs the purchaser and refunds the amount without undue delay.
The confirmation email includes the order details, total price, delivery instructions, and these Terms and Conditions in a form that can be saved and reproduced, together with the withdrawal information and any express consent and acknowledgement given under Section 19. Purchasers should retain this confirmation.
18. Delivery of the PDF
The PDF is supplied through a download link made available after successful payment and contract confirmation, either on the order confirmation page or by email to the address provided at checkout. The precise delivery method and any link expiry or download limits are disclosed before purchase and repeated in the confirmation email.
Unless a different delivery time is expressly agreed before purchase, the PDF is supplied without undue delay. Supply during the withdrawal period is subject to the purchaser’s express request under Section 19. Where that request is not given, supply takes place after the withdrawal period has expired, provided that the purchaser has not withdrawn.
If the purchaser does not receive the link, cannot download the file, or receives an unreadable or incorrect file, assistance can be requested through the contacts in Section 24 or the complaints procedure in Section 21. Technical difficulties do not remove the purchaser’s statutory rights.
19. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
A purchaser who qualifies as a consumer normally has the right to withdraw within 14 days of conclusion of the contract, without giving reasons, subject to the exceptions and extensions provided by law.
For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal is lost only when supply has begun and all statutory conditions are met: the consumer has given prior express consent to supply beginning during the withdrawal period, has acknowledged that this results in losing the right of withdrawal, and the Seller has provided the required confirmation on a durable medium, such as email, in accordance with Article 59(1)(o) and Article 51(7) of the Italian Consumer Code.
Before immediate supply, checkout therefore collects the following declarations through separate, unselected checkboxes:
- “I expressly request and consent to the supply of the PDF beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.”
- “I acknowledge that, once supply of the PDF has begun with my consent, I lose my right of withdrawal.”
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions alone does not replace these declarations. If the statutory conditions for loss of the right are not satisfied, the consumer retains the rights provided by law.
Where withdrawal is available, the consumer may exercise it by sending an unequivocal statement to
info@denismoretto.com or the postal address in Section 24, or through any withdrawal function made available on the Website. The consumer may use the following model, but its use is not mandatory:
“To: Denis Moretto, Viale Tre Martiri 65/R – 45100 Rovigo – Italy, info@denismoretto.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content: [PDF TITLE]. Ordered on: [DATE]. Consumer name: [NAME]. Consumer address: [ADDRESS]. Date: [DATE]. Signature: [only if submitted on paper].”
Where withdrawal is valid, the Seller refunds payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the decision to withdraw, using the same payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise and incurs no fees. No physical return is required for a PDF. Following withdrawal and refund, the purchaser must refrain from using or making the content available to third parties, as required by law.
Loss of the right of withdrawal does not remove rights in the event of non-supply or lack of conformity.
20. Legal Conformity of Digital Content and Remedies
For consumer purchases, the PDF is subject to the mandatory provisions of Articles 135-octies and following of the Italian Consumer Code concerning digital content and digital services. The Seller must supply content conforming to the contract and to applicable statutory requirements, including any updates required by law.
For a single act of supply, the Seller is liable under the conditions established by law for lack of conformity existing at the time of supply and becoming apparent within two years of supply. The applicable statutory rules on proof and limitation periods remain unaffected.
In the event of non-supply, the consumer may request supply and, where the statutory conditions are met, terminate the contract. In the event of lack of conformity, the consumer may request that the content be brought into conformity without charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where the statutory conditions are met, the consumer is entitled to a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract and the corresponding refund.
Statutory refunds are made without undue delay and, where required by law, within 14 days of the Seller being informed of the consumer’s decision to claim a price reduction or terminate the contract, using the same payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed without fees for the consumer.
These rights are independent of the right of withdrawal and cannot be excluded by the educational nature of the publication, by liability disclaimers, or by download having begun. Requests can be submitted through the procedure below; that procedure is not an exclusive or mandatory prerequisite for exercising statutory rights.
21. Complaints and Purchase Assistance
Users and purchasers may submit a complaint concerning the Website or the purchase, payment, delivery, accessibility, or conformity of the PDF, free of charge:
To facilitate handling, the complaint should include the requester’s name, an email address for the reply, the email used for purchase where relevant, the order number if available, the subject and description of the issue, and any useful supporting documentation. Absence of an order number or use of a different format does not, by itself, prevent the complaint from being considered. Sensitive or unnecessary personal information should not be submitted.
The Seller acknowledges receipt by email and examines complaints fairly and without undue delay. The Seller aims to provide a reasoned reply within
15 working days of receipt. This is an operational response target, not a restriction or extension of statutory deadlines. If further investigation is necessary, the requester is informed of the reason and the expected response date. Where justified, the reply identifies the proposed remedy and how it will be implemented.
Submitting a complaint does not limit statutory remedies, suspend or extend statutory limitation periods automatically, or prevent the consumer from using competent courts or applicable alternative dispute resolution procedures. Data supplied for complaints are processed as described in the Privacy Policy and are not used to subscribe the requester to marketing communications.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the Seller provides the information concerning the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity or entities and states whether it will participate, as required by Article 141-sexies of the Italian Consumer Code. Any ADR entity that the Seller is legally required or has committed to use is identified on the Website and in the applicable contractual information.
22. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be modified over time, also as a consequence of regulatory changes, updates to the services offered, or variations in the operating methods of the Website.
The updated version will be published on denismoretto.com with an indication of the last update date.
Changes will be effective from the date of their publication, unless otherwise provided by applicable regulations. Each purchase is governed by the version accepted when the contract was concluded; later changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
23. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by
Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules applicable to the user.
If the user qualifies as a consumer, the court provided by mandatory consumer protection regulations will have jurisdiction.
In other cases, for any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the Court of
Rovigo shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
